Extensive experience in leading group healthy exercise. I pay special attention to high-quality movement technique, breathing and strengthening of the corset. I believe that correct exercise technique is the basis for successful and safe training. In a strong, flexible and energetic body, it is easier not only to live, but also to face various challenges. I will help people fall in love with movement, improve both physical and emotional health.
LSFP certified C category fitness trainer. I regularly attend various courses and trainings to improve my knowledge and make my training more diverse.
